William Yedinak

YEDINAK, William (Bill)-Passed peacefully in his 90th year at Millennium Trail Manor. Survived by his two sons, Bill Jr. and Rob. Pre-deceased by wife Anne (2008), father Mike, mother Mary, and daughter-in-law Marian (2017). Bill will be missed by brother-in-law and wife John and Lise Skalos of Nanaimo, B.C., nephew Greg and niece Lori of Toronto, and all his friends. Bill emigrated to Canada from Nizny, Komarnik, Czechoslovakia in 1949. He worked for Canada Steamship Lines, before retiring from Noranda Paper after 25 years. Dad enjoyed a long retirement with Mom, including several trips to Las Vegas. He enjoyed nothing more than a good card game and a good drink! Special thanks to staff, nurses and PSWs at both Cobblestone Gardens and Millennium Trail Manor for their care and compassion during Dad's later years. Friends will be received at BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME 2 Regent Street, Thorold on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM. A graveside service will be held Monday at Lakeview Cemetery at 11:15 AM.
