Vincenzo Scalzi

Scalzi, Vincenzo ~ surrounded by his loving family, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of 50 years to Maria Carmina (Venditti) Scalzi. Loving father of Tony (Mary), Dino (Lisa), Mario (Bonnita) and David. Papanon will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Kayleigh, Nicholas, Victoria, Vincenzo, Kevin, Mateya and Michael. Dear brother of Anna (the late Michele) Micco, Michelina (the late Santo) D'Allessandro, Elena (the late Raphael) Medico, Carmela (Tony) Russo and Guido (Michelina) Scalzi. Special brother-in-law of the late Nunzio (the late Nunziatina) Molinaro, the late Gregorio (the late Grazia) Venditti, Antonio (Nina) Venditti and the late Nicola (Maria) Venditti. Vincenzo will also be missed by many loving nieces and nephews. He was employed by the Exolon Company of Thorold for 25 years, retiring in 1987. Vincenzo was an avid gardener and loved being outdoors. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren and always looked forward to Sunday dinners with his family.
