Smith, Thomas Patrick ~ surrounded by his loving family, at the Providence Healthcare Hospital, Toronto on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of 59 years to Victoria (Semenuk) Smith. Loving father of Timothy (Wanda), Susan (Ivan) and Stephanie. Predeceased by daughter Victoria (1952). Grandpa will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Megan and Daniel Smith, and Kyle, Lauren and Kathleen Neblett. Dear brother of William, Gertrude and Theresa. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Edward, Raymond, Kenneth, Mary, Irene and Marilyn.
