Susan Joan Mcnamara

McNAMARA, Susan Joan (Member of Trinity United Church, Thorold, and the U.C.W.) - At the Greater Niagara General Hospital, on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.  Susan (Boyce) of Thorold, formerly of Burlington and Saskatoon, in her 64 ^th year.  Beloved wife and soul friend of Kevin McNamara for 40 years.  Loving daughter of Richard & Joyce Boyce.  Dear sister of Peter Boyce (Michelle), Ken Boyce (Joanne) and the late Debbie Wassill.  Sister-in-law to Linda Middleton (Lionel).  Aunt Susie will be greatly missed by Melissa, Kevin, Susie, Kate, Emily, Renee, Spencer and Lindsay.
Though both Susan and Kevin were born and raised in the area, they spent 22 wonderful years in Saskatchewan-and Susan as a well-respected exploration and mining geologist. The couple found no better way to appreciate the Creator's handiwork than by hiking innumerable trails in Saskatchewan's North. Susan will also be missed by Forever Friends, Grace, Connie and Paula of Saskatchewan and by Lori-Anne, Debbie, and Carol. Many thanks to the terrific medical teams in Toronto (U.H.N.) and the I.C.U. at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in Niagara Falls.
Friends will be received at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2018.   A funeral service will be held at TRINITY UNITED CHURCH, 15 Pine Street South, Thorold, on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., followed by cremation.  If desired, memorial donations to The Animal Assistance Society of Niagara, The Salvation Army or to Wesley Urban Ministries, would be appreciated by the family.  On-line condolences and donations may be made at www.bocchinfusofh.com
