Stella Pollowy

POLLOWY, Stella ~ surrounded by her loving family, at the Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa, on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Bill Pollowy (1975). Loving mother of Linda Hickey, Shirley (Mark) de Smit and Betty (Hasan) Ural. Predeceased by daughter Mildred survived by her husband Jake Van der Valk. Nana will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jacob, Wesley (Michelle), Allison (Desmond), Brent, Breanna (Robert), Kalen (Caitlin), Joseph (Desiree) and by her great grandchildren Cameron, Shannon, Brooklyn, Blake and Lawson. Thank you to the dedicated staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for all their compassion. Special thanks to Nana's (Boss) daughters for all their unconditional love and care that never waivered throughout the years.
