Sergio Dottori

DOTTORI, SERGIO- After a courageous battle with lung cancer, Sergio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, with his family by his side. He fought hard to stay with us. He was a devoted husband and father who always put his family first in life. He was an avid sports fan that loved to golf, bowl, and play bocce. He enjoyed watching all sports and enjoyed hockey, baseball, and soccer the most. Sergio had a long career with Girotti’s as a machinist and has been a member at Club Roma for years. Always willing to help others, he would do anything for his family and friends. He had a heart of gold. Sergio will be missed dearly by his wife Carol. Loving father to the late Kenny (surviving spouse Kim), Karen (Dan) Poole and Kelly (Frank) Gualtieri. Sergio will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Kaileigh, Marissa and Jacob Dottori; Thomas and Luke Gualtieri. Dear brother to Frank Dottori, Grace Craddock. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends will be received at Bocchinfuso Funeral Home 2 Regent Street, Thorold, on Friday, September 2, 2022 from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church 21 Queen Street South, Thorold at 9:30 A.M.
