MAZZOLINO, Sam - At Niagara Health Services, St. Catharines, on Monday, August 9, 2021. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sam Mazzolino of St. Catharines in his 82nd year. Husband of Rosa (Ciufo), and fondly remembered by Angela Mazzolino. Dear father of Claudia Mattina, Steven Mazzolino and Michael Mazzolino (Christine). Treasured Grandpa Sam to Rebecca, Benjamin and Noah. Son of the late Beniamino and Concetta Mazzolino. Brother of Joseph (the late Norma), Rosa (Paul Spagnuolo) and Carmela (Frank Cerullo). Nephew to Antonio Mammola (the late Nancy) and Rosa (the late Nicodemo) Mammola. Zio Sam will also be missed by many nieces, and nephews, stepchildren and grandchildren. We will always remember his kindness, his love for his family, and his dedication to his parish of St. Alfred's. Visitation will be held at BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, August 12, 2021. All guests must bring and wear a mask in the funeral home. Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine Street, St. Catharines on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal at Lakeview Cemetery.
