Rudolf Covello

Covello, Rudolf "Rudy" ~ It is with saddened hearts the family announces the death of a kind and gentle man who peacefully passed away on Friday, November 21, 2008 at the age of 80. For many years Rudy fought his health with quiet grace an dignity. He was an encouragement to all who had the chance to know him. Rudy shared 56 years with the love of his life, Lena (Luciani) Covello. A special loved and respected father and grandpa to Alan and Loretta Covello and their sons Eric and Joseph; Rhonda and Phil Carter and their children Stephanie (Drew), Heather (Chris) and Patrick; Paula and Noel Angeles and their daughters Samantha and Cassandra; and Christopher Covello and his children Jana and Jake. Brother of Josephine De Rose. Predeceased by parents Louis and Raffaela (LePera) and brothers Oscar, Carmine, Alfred, and Thomas Covello. Son-in-law of the late Joe and Antoinette (Moccia) Luciani. He will be sadly missed by his many family members and friends. The family wishes to express sincere thanks and appreciation to all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at the Ontario Street Site Dialysis Unit, St. Catharines General Hospital, and the Welland County General Hospital for their dedicated care of Rudy over the many years.
