Rosemarie Linz

Linz, Rosemarie ~ passed away peacefully at Hospice Niagara, St. Catharines on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 after a lengthy illness in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Frank Linz (1986). Loving mother of Donna Linz and special friend Peter Smith and Sharon (Todd) Harrison. Grandma will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Tyler, Heather (Darcy), Patrick and Stuart and by her great grandson Roland "Pooch". Dear sister of Theresa Pageot. "Special Son" of Danny Birch. Rose will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. She touched many lives though her work, friends and involvement in the community where she passed on her spirit, devotion, giving personality, kindness and generosity. In her later years, after moving to Thorold from West St. Catharines, Rose was an active member of the Thorold Seniors Activity Centre. A special thank you to all the Health Care Professionals, Doctors, Nurses and Staff especially Hospice Niagara that assisted Rose and our family through this journey.
