BARKER, Rolland "Rolly" - (Veteran of World War II serving with the RCAF & RAF). Surrounded by family at Linhaven Nursing Home on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Norma Barker. Loving father of Donna (Andy) Kirkpatrick, Roger (Suzanne) Barker, Sandra (Robert) Misener, Kim (Jake) Barrie, Joan Barker (Lina Ventresca) and Garry Barker (Roberto Aquino). Poppa will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Elizabeth (Kelly), Matt (Tachelle), Kelly (Suvojit), Nicole (Oleg), Max, Marty, Jenna, Katie (Mike) and Diana (Vitaly) and by his great grandchildren Alex, Abby, Lorelei, Nola, Remy, Theo & Alessia. Dear brother of Winnie Harrington and the late Roger, Ross, Wally, Pat and Marjorie. A special thanks to Linhaven Home for all their care and compassion - they went above and beyond. Friends will be received at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 2019. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home Chapel on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Pleasantview Cemetery.
