Roger Maurice Larose

LAROSE, Roger Maurice - Peacefully, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital, Roger was welcomed through the gates of Heaven by his Lord and Savior. Roger was born and lived 89 years in Welland, retiring from the Ford Glass Plant. He recently moved to live with his son and his family in Huntsville. Beloved husband of the late Lavena (née Horton) and the late Jane (née Heads). Loving father to Louise (Arnold), Leanne (Thomas), Larry (Diana), Landre, Lauren (Susie) and the late Wayne. Grandpa to Michael (Laurie), Adam (Rose), Carly, Elijah, Joshua, Emily, Ethan, Nicholas and Mariah. Great Grandpa to Asher and Ezra. Dear brother to Anita Kowal and Zita Bishop and predeceased by six brothers and sisters. Roger will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and by his very best friend and lifeline, Abby. Relatives and friends will be received at BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME 2 Regent Street, Thorold on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 11:00 AM.
