DiFRUSCIA, Rocco (Retired Winemaker, Entrepreneur and owner/operator of R. DiFruscia Groceries & Grape Juice) - At Henley House, on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. Rocco DiFruscia of St. Catharines, formerly of Thorold, in his 89th year. Dear father of Rosita (Gary Mattes) and Marina (David Glencross). Loving Nonno to Patrick, Emily, Nicolas and Rebecca. Brother of Concetta (the late Gaetano), Domenico (Maria), Carmine (Anna), Maria (the late Giovanni) and the late Mario DiFruscia (the late Maria Carmela), Carmela Ciaraldi (the late Achille) and Giovanni DiFruscia (the late Margarita). Zio Rocco will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 and 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 21 Queen Street South, on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., followed by Rite of Committal at Lakeview Cemetery.
