THOMAS, ROBERT "BOB" ~ it is with great sadness, that the family of Robert Thomas announces his passing on Saturday, March 7, 2015 in St. Catharines, Ontario at the age of 84. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend of 59 years, Phyllis Thomas. Loving father of Bobbi (Anson) Thomas-Bailey, Mike (Sonia), Debra, Pamela (Theo) Dagenais and Patrick (Angela). Bob will be fondly remembered by his 14 grandchildren Denise, Laura, Andrew, Gerry, Kayla, Kyle, Breanna, Krystin, Korey, Matthieu, Katrina, Ethan, Julianna and Cassandra and by his 5 great grandchildren Devin, Hayden, Jozef, Ewelina and Mason. Predeceased by brother Fred. In his earlier days Bob was an avid sailor and loved to jive dance. He received many awards for five pin bowling and roller skate dance competitions. Bob retired from TNT Overland Express after 40 years as a dispatcher. Special thanks to the compassionate staff at Tufford Nursing Home who took such wonderful care of Bob.
