Robert Chapman

Chapman, Robert ~ peacefully, at his residence in Port Robinson on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of 12 years to Linda. Robert is survived by his son Bradley of Toronto. Dear brother of Barbara Librock. Predeceased by sister Linda and brother Donald. Bob will be sadly missed by his "best friends" Cleo and Ceasar and many friends, co-workers and union members. He worked at General Motors and was active in union politics CAW Local #199, his entire career until he retired in 1989. Bob worked tirelessly for the betterment of his fellow union members. Bob was a member of the CAW Union Local #199 Retiree Chapter, where he served a term as chairperson for three years.
