Renzo Garofalo

Garofalo, Renzo ~ it is with great sorrow, that we announce the passing of a loving husband, devoted father, cherished brother and a great friend. Suddenly, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, Niagara Falls, on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at the age of 56. Loving husband of 31 years to Maria (DeCorso) Garofalo. Devoted father of Christopher and Matthew. Cherished brother of Franca (Carmelo) Butrico and Paulo Garofalo. Predeceased by his parents Eugenio (2006) and Chiarina (1976). Dear son-in-law of Angelina and the late Pellegrino DeCorso (2006). Brother-in-law of Tony (Heather) and Michael (Lois). Predeceased by brother-in-law Ozzie (1994). Renzo will be missed dearly by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He worked for Hydro One. Renzo was a member of Club Belvedere where he spent much of his time supporting club functions. He also enjoyed coaching baseball for many years in the community.
