McARDLE, Paul Joseph a.k.a "Sweet Bum" (retired from Abitibi Paper after 36 years of service) - at Niagara Health St. Catharines site on Sunday May 30, 2021. Beloved husband of Marilyn (Hachey). Devoted father of Matthew (Erin) and Meaghan (Jason). Cherished Poppy to Amarii, Malikhii, Lily, Lincoln, Santana, Landon, Jayden. Poppy's grandchildren who were affectionately known as his "kids" were his shining light and best friends, and he was theirs. Son of the late Anthony and Catherine McArdle. Brother of Agnes (John Gillespie). Uncle Paul will also be missed by his niece and nephews. Paul was a life-long die-hard fan of the Buffalo Bills, and he has passed on his passion and love of the team to his family. Paul was also a life-long Thorold boy who will be remembered by many.
