Paul Emile Gabriel Caron

CARON, Paul Emile Gabriel ~ peacefully, surrounded by his wife, Monday, December 9, 2013 at the age of 82. I, Paul Emile Gabriel Caron prepared this memorial with my beloved wife, Ida Marie Gaudet. I am an electrician and member of Local #303 since 1952 which included 48 members at the time. My proudest accomplishments were wiring churches, hospitals and schools. I was a member of the First Fifty Five + Club in 2000 as a treasurer secretary until 2008. I thank two members of the Local who visited and encouraged me throughout many years namely, Dom Forgeron and Michael Mc Gillion. I also wish to thank my good neighbour, Harold Gallagher who helped us so discreetly. I wish to thank Fr. Kessete from Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church for his frequent visits throughout the years, his encouragements, prayers and sacraments. I was predeceased by my dear father, Charles Caron (1902-1997) and my mother, Gertrude (Lafond) Caron (1905-2000) and my first wife, Lilliane (Auger) Caron (1933-1996) the mother of my 9 children, Pauline (Clyde McCabe 1956-1975, Gillis Dupuis), Richard (Karen Brown), Shelley (Dave Weir), Joanne (Douglas Parks), Kenneth (1960-1961), Brenda (Frederick III Brown), Kevin (Kim Hale), Janet (Jeff Mannell) and Charlene (Shaun Crathern) and my 17 grandchildren Randy McCabe, Ricky McCabe, Norman Dupuis, Paul André Dupuis, Vicky Lanigan, Blair Caron, Laura Micevicl, Brian Mannell, Chucky Parks, Jason Parks, Kevin Parks, Kristin Caron, Lyndsay Caron, Sarah Brown, Fred Brown, Ashley Weir and Lisa Vieia. I also leave 13 great grandchildren Colton, Marissa, Justin, Hailey, Kendra, Meagon, Noah, Riley, Logan, Andjela, Neven, Hope and Kai. I am the 4th of 9 brothers and 3 sisters Marcel Caron (Ghislaine Bouchir 1927-2008), Rolland Blais, Henri (1927-2012) (Gisèle Bilodeau), Lucille (Maurice Berulé), Geanne, Gaston (Lorraine Deault), Georges (Liz Deault), Andre (1939-1949), Laurent (Nicole St.-Germain), Jean-Guy (Jeannette Dorie), Carole Canniff, Rita (Rolland Lauzon 1933-2001), Roger (Nicole LeBlanc) and Jacques (Pauline Benoit). Throughout these trying times I offered my sufferings to obtain happiness and peace to all with whom I have been in contact. We wish to thank the hospitals, doctors and nurses for their help and support. Also, to thank C.B.I. Home Health, C.C.A.C. and St. Elizabeth H.C. and Para Meds for their help and support. Special thank you to the nurses who assisted us throughout, especially Babes and Karen and Bocchinfuso Funeral Home for their services.
