Bowes, Murray Sinclair ~ at the Garden City Manor, St. Catharines, on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the age of 96. Beloved husband of the late Marie Gladys Bowes (May 27, 1996). Loving father of Sandra (Walter) Arscott, Karen (Richard) Sewell, Brent (Barbara) Bowes and Lesley Canter. Predeceased by dear daughter Norma (2001) and her husband John (2001) Sonley. Cherished grandpa of Georgina, Paul, Kristina, Cleo, Sally, Jane and Oren and great grandpa of Holly, Liam, Abigail, Olivia, Grace, Noah, Joshua, Tess and Zoe. Dear brother of Kathleen "Kay" (the late Jim), Ronald (the late Jean) and Wilma (Cyril). Predeceased by sister Dorothy. Murray proudly worked as a Tool & Dye maker for Hayes Dana and was a skilled trade's union representative for the CAW Union, retiring in 1980. He was a devoted Past Worshipful Master for the Adanac Masonic Lodge #614. Murray was a man of strength and character who will be deeply missed by his loved ones.
