Merle Isabel Clarke

Clarke, Merle Isabel (Porter) ~ after a lengthy illness, she was admitted to the St. Catharines General Hospital, passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Sunday, April 11, 2010 in her 70th year. Predeceased by her parents Ruby Briggs Veley and John H. Porter. Loving mother of Robert, Rodney, Raymond, Shelley Simmons and Michael. Dear grandma of 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Gloria MacDonald, Rodney (Colleen), Harvey (Linda) and Ivan (Velma). Merle will be missed by her long time friend Beatrice Brooker. Always remembered by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
