Sanvido, Mary Ellen (Stewart) ~ surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Thorold on Monday, June 14, 2010 at the age of 53. Beloved wife of Michael Sanvido. Loving mother of Candace, Vanessa and Nathan and their father Leonard Piasentino and step mother of Stephen, Adam and Danny. Predeceased by parents Earl and Jessie Stewart and father-in-law Duilio survived by mother-in-law Anne Sanvido. Dear sister of Larry (Donna) Stewart, Ivy (Ben) Andress, Viola (John) Pendykoski, Judy (Wayne) Thurlow and Vivian (Ralph) Badgley. Predeceased by brother Bill Stewart and sister Marjorie survived by her husband Vic Davey. Sister-in-law of John (Debbie) Sanvido, Andy (Jackie) Sanvido and Mary Anne Sanvido (Eric Przbylowski). Mary Ellen will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She worked for Service Canada for 25 years and was a long time member of the YMCA. Mary Ellen was an avid golfer and enjoyed travelling and walking the beaches.
