WORTHY, Marjorie Joan Ivy Alice (Edwards) ~ born in Parkstone, Dorset, England, October 16th, 1932 - October 4th, 2014. Marjorie passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side after a long courageous battle with cancer at Linhaven Home for the Aged. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth (2012), Marjorie will live forever in the hearts of her children; Graham (Tammy), Debbie (Ed) Sheppard, Stephen (Trina) and Trevor. Lovingly remembered by her treasured grandchildren Colin (Edyta), Kenneth Edwin Sheppard, Samantha, Heather and Kelsey and by her great grandchildren Cameron and Emma. Predeceased by her parents Ivy and Albert Edwards and her brothers Bill and Albert. Marjorie worked at Linhaven Home for the Aged as a health care aid for 9 years before retiring. Memories unfold as we think of you, a real mom, you suffered in silence everyday, an illness that would not go away, but now you have no more pain for God's loving arms have healed you again. Forever in our thoughts, forever loved. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff on Secord at Linhaven and Dr. Wong for their loving care of our mother, she loved you all dearly.
