Girotti, Marino ~ surrounded by his loving family, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Friday, December 21, 2012 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of 65 years to Anne (Duff) Girotti. Loving father of Theresa and Rosaire Tisdelle. Predeceased by son Murray (December 26, 2010) survived by his wife Janet Girotti. Nonno will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Katherine Girotti, Lindsay and Randall Spear and their children Charlotte, Annabelle and Lincoln Murray, Matthew and Nicole Girotti and their son Miles Joseph, Adam and Ai, Aaron and Tara and Brandon, Alex and Erin and Shayne Tisdelle. Dear brother of Dino and the late Ida Girotti, Mario and Teresa Girotti, Scotty and Anna Girotti and Mary and the late Olivio Bianco. Predeceased by brothers Silvio and his wife Josephine Girotti and Nello and his wife Lavrina Girotti. Dear brother-in-law of June and the late Eddie Duff. Marino will also be missed by his cousin Walter and Florianna Pennachietti, and many nieces and nephews. Marino was very active in the Merritton and Thorold Community, owned and operated, along with his brothers the Girotti Machine Works, Hy-Grade Precast Concrete and Girotti Sculptured Art.
