GOWSELL, LISA ANN R.N. (Née DeLorenzo) – Heaven received another Angel on Friday, October 29, 2021. Peacefully, Lisa passed away having had her family by her side at Hospice Niagara, at the age of 54. Devoted mother to Benjamin and Bradley. Loving daughter of Bruce and Joan DeLorenzo. Caring and generous sister to Lori Marchese and Sara (Dave) Mancini. Lisa will be fondly remembered by Chris Gowsell, the father of her boys and her dear friend. Aunt to Matteo, Ava and David. Missed by her devoted fur-companion Daisy. She will be greatly missed by all her colleagues and work family at Hamilton Health Sciences - Hamilton General Hospital and her cherished friends. Lisa was a dedicated nurse for over 30 years, and always went over and above for everybody. Her positive attitude, care and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. Relatives and friends will be received at BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME 2 Regent Street, Thorold on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM and 6:00 – 8:00 PM. All COVID procedures will be followed. Funeral Liturgy Outside of Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 3 at 11:00 AM. Proof of vaccination must be shown to attend the Funeral Liturgy. Rite of Committal Lakeview Cemetery.
