Lino Guiseppe Tosato

TOSATO, Lino Guiseppe "Lee" - January 30, 1929 - July 24, 2016. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Lino passed away peacefully at the Niagara Health System - Welland Site, on Sunday, July 24, 2016, at the age of 87. Husband of the late Barbara (1993). Loving father to Lisa (Ron) Jodoin and the late Timothy (2011). Beloved gramps to Dalton Lee. Bonus Papa to Jeff Jodoin (Chantale) and Bobby Jodoin (Dawn). Great Papa Lino to Kensleigh and Arianna. Son of the late Maria and Louie Tosato.
Brother of Edith Distillio and the late Italo and Guido Tosato. Lino will be missed by his many nieces and nephews and long-time friends and neighbors. Lino worked as a Carpenter for 40 years at Kimberly Clark Paper Mill. He was a hunter, fisherman and founding member of the Thorold Conservation Club, member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #17, Thorold and member of The Canadian Corp Unit #44. At Lino's request cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service and Inurnment will be held at Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold, on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. If desired donations in Lee's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and may be made through the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold.
