MOONEY, Lester "Gib" ~ peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at the St. Catharines Hospital on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of 59 years to Ruth Mooney. Loving father of Judith (Ken) Griffin and Barton (Crystal) Mooney. Poppa will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Ian (Carrie), Jay, Jeffrey, Kelsey (Michael). Dear brother of Roy (Carrol) Mooney. Gib worked for the Provincial Paper Co., retiring in 1989. He was one of the biggest Toronto Maple Leaf's fan, always there to cheer on his favourite team.
