RUSCIO, Laura Joyce – It is with sadness we announce the passing of Laura Joyce Ruscio at the Niagara Health System – St. Catharines site, with her family by her side, on October 15, 2021. Laura (Teatero) of St. Catharines in her 89th year. Predeceased by mate John Cembalisty and husband Frank Ruscio. Beloved mother to Donald, David, Debbie (Jeff), Michael and the late Laurie. Loving grandmother of David (Tina) Ramm, Jeffrey & Lindsay Butt, Steven & Ryan Harry and great grandmother to Katie Ramm (Dave) & Kelly Butt. Dear sister of Pat Augustus. Joyce was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 138, Merritton and was active with the Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed Tia Chi & a challenging game of scrabble. She will be surely missed. A special thanks to her cousin Cathy for being there for her when most needed. In keeping with Joyce’s wishes cremation has taken place & a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
