LEBLANC, KENNETH BRIAN – Peacefully, at Niagara Health Welland Site on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, Kenneth passed away in his 69th year. Dear husband to Annette. Loving father to Kenneth (Laurie), Sarah (Clarence), Patricia (Stephen) and Brian (Rachel). Caring grandfather to Isabella, Julia, Dakota, Kenny, Jenna, Mikayla, Nate and Kyle. Brother to Priscilla (Joe), Philip (the late Reynelda), Gordon, Lawrence (Jennifer) and Ralph. Kenneth will be sadly missed by his devoted furbaby Lorenzo and many other family and friends.
