Joseph Paul Luciani

LUCIANI, Joseph (Joe) Joseph Luciani died peacefully, at home surrounded by family on Friday, October 18, 2019. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Bobby (nee Campbell). Lovingly remembered by his daughters Angela Luciani and Amy Lemay (Rene) and grandchildren Brigitte, Jason and Bailey Lemay. Joseph was the second of 11 children, predeceased by sisters Lucy Murray and Pauline Hickman, survived by Tony Luciani, Alda Brant, Ronald Luciani, Fred Luciani, Michael Luciani, Ted Luciani, Roseann Luciani and Dianne Rush. Uncle Joe to numerous nieces and nephews who will always remember him for his skill with woodworking, home repairs and barbequed roast beef. He was a remarkable and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Family was everything to him and until his illness prevented him, he never refused a request or a favour. He left us with no regrets and grateful for the life he lived. Our heartfelt thanks go to the dedicated and compassionate palliative care team of the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant LHIN, especially Nurse Jan Duncan Kalen and Dr. Deborah Dooler. A memorial service will be held at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Thorold on Wednesday, October 30 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at Club Capri. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
