TERRYBERRY, DAVID “JOHNNY” BRIAN - it is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Johnny on May 14, 2026 at the age of 74, at Niagara Health Marotta Family Hospital. He was surrounded by his girls, Rae-Anne, Stephanie, Jo and Erin, forever known as daughter #1, daughter #2, daughter #3 and daughter #4.

A proud Grampie to Madison, Kyle, Nick, Carly, Emerson, Jaxon, and Adalyn, nothing made Johnny happier than his grandchildren. His days were often planned around school pick-ups, and spoiling Jaxon and Adalyn with trips to Buck or Two.

Forty-two years ago a blind date with our mom, Janet, turned into a lifetime of memories, laughter, and love. Together they built a family that meant everything to him. Johnny is now reunited with his beloved "woman", Janet, enjoying a Timmies coffee together once again.

He will be deeply missed by his surviving siblings Gail, Bobby, Donna, Danny (Rosalie), and Sharon (Sean), along with his many nieces and nephews. Johnny treasured his friendship with Marilyn and the years of companionship they shared. Known as "Plumber" to some, he was always buying another car or truck, going to car shows, or heading to Swiss Chalet/Harvey’s with Tommy. He enjoyed the simple routines that filled his days.

Following cremation, Johnny will be laid to rest at Lakeview Cemetery at a later date. A celebration of his life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 17, Thorold 3 Ormond Street South, Thorold on June 13th, 2026. More details to follow.
