THOMPSON, John William ~ It is with great sadness that John's family's announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at the age of 54. John was the proud father of Keith Thompson and Jessica (partner Mitch) Thompson and their mother Charlotte Thompson. Loving son of the late John and Lois Thompson. Dear brother of Diane (the late Bob) Herbynchuk and Brenda (James) Howard. Special uncle of Jennifer (Tony) Visconti and Geoff (Thanh-Van) Herbynchuk and great uncle of Kristen Herbynchuk. John will be missed by his many cousins and friends. He previously worked as a millwright for Dofasco and Girotti's and was known and loved for his great sense of humour.
