Joanne Constance Cartmell

Cartmell, Joanne Constance (nee Rapattoni) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joanne on July 20th after a courageous eight-year battle with cancer. Loving wife to Ron for thirty-six years, adoring Mom to Jim (Alyssa) and Joey. Predeceased by her parents Esther (June 21, 2019) and Bob (2007) Rapattoni. Joanne will be sadly missed by her siblings Christine (late Herb), Paul (late Donna), Phil (Kelly), Dianne and Dean Laveck and in-laws Cathy and Ron Ker and nephews Gord and Kevin. Aunt JoJo will be sadly missed by Shane, Danny, Theresa, Brittany, Travis, Kevin, Leah and special little buddy Urijah. Uncles Tony and Jack and her many cousins of the Rapattoni Family and many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Christine and Dianne, Jack and Lil, Cathy and Ron, Joan Sammutt, Joe Kenny and so many others for all your help and support during this very difficult time. Thanks to Dr. Yelamanchili for her care over the last eight years and Dr. Arventi and staff at Hotel Dieu Shaver 2 West for their compassionate care in her final weeks. As per Joanne's wishes there will be no visitation. A celebration of Joanne's and Esther's Life will be held at a later date.
