Joan Cabana

CABANA, JOAN – Passed away peacefully, in her 87th year on Sunday December 3, 2023 at Extendicare St. Catharines. Joan was the loving wife of the late Roger. Mother to Rick (Wendy) and Randy (Mary), and the late Linda. Grandmother to Derek (Laura), Brandon (Hanna) and Kathy. Great-grandmother to Hudson and Lily. Joan was the sister to Doris (the late Bob) Weir. Aunt to Bobby (Nancy), Sandra and the late William (surviving spouse Maggie). Great aunt to Jonathan, Lilly and B.J. She was the eldest daughter of the late Jack and Elsie Dennis. Joan worked many jobs, most recently at Hotel Dieu Shave in the kitchen and bake shop. Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 138. Mom's passion was simply the love of her family and cats. Mom's wishes were for cremation with a graveside service at Victoria Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
