Greig, Jessie ~ at the St. Catharines General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late James Greig (June 11, 2003). Loving mother of Kathleen (Michael) Ruggi. Grandma will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Amanda (John Holland), Abigail, and Rowan McDowell. Dear sister of Lorne Walsh. Predeceased by two sisters and five brothers. Jessie will also be dearly missed by Mitchell (Jenn) McDowell, Norm (Rose) Fowler, Jim (Marj) Greig, Don (Juanita) Gilpin, Ralph (Mary) Alfaro, sister-in-law Kath Orr and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Jessie was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #17, Thorold and a mother to the City of Thorold Pipe Band.
