STEVENS, JEFFREY

October 14, 1962 – December 4, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Jeff's passing on December 4, 2024 at Niagara Health – Marotta Family Hospital in St. Catharines, surrounded by his family. Beloved son of the late Peggy and Gary Stevens. Brother to Anne-Marie (Danny), Una (Michael), the late Gary (1997) and the late Shelley (2019). Cherished uncle to Stephanie, Teanna (Tye), Kyle, Mitchell and Braydon. Great uncle to Beau, Evan and Luka. Jeff was a kind, generous and loving man who had the most unique sense of humour which he held on to in his final days of life, ensuring his family had positive memories to laugh at in this time of great sadness. Jeff was a cook at Donnelly's Pub in Thorold where staff and patrons alike became a second family to him. Jeff was passionate about his work from a young age and was able to leave lasting impressions not only by his delicious food but by his eccentric personality he shared with those around him. When not at work you could find Jeff sharing a coffee or tea with his beloved Aunt Rose, spending time with his cat Frisky or watching a movie from his large DVD collection. Jeff would encourage all to remember him with laughter, not tears; he will be deeply missed and remembered by those who loved him. May he rest in peace.
