HIGGINS, Jeffrey Allan - Suddenly at the Niagara Health System - Welland Site, on Sunday, June 12, 2016. Jeff Higgins of Welland in his 53rd year. Beloved husband of April (Diprose). Dear father of Ken and Chaise. Loving son of Diane Martin (Wormald / Higgins). Cherished brother of Paul Higgins (Anne), Kevin Higgins (Debbie) and Barb (Alan MacLellan). Jeff will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, great nephews as well as his many friends. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation.
