MacDONALD, Jean Thelma - After a full life, the family announces the peaceful passing of Jean (Dalling) at Tabor Manor in her 99th year. Jean was born on June 19, 1920 in Westville Nova Scotia. Beloved wife of Ed MacDonald for 77 years. Dear mother to Clarence MacDonald (Ruth Ann) and Jo-Anne (Joe Carriere) and will also remembered by Bernice MacDonald. Loving Nanna to Joel Carriere (Josie), Scott MacDonald (Sarah), Jamie Carriere (Ashley), Mike MacDonald (Irene) and great Nanna to Madeleine, Evelyn, Bennett, Ruby, Cole and Beau. Sister to Cecil Dalling and the late Julia and Ed Maclellan with whom Jean & Ed spent many great years in Florida. Our mother was a great cook and many people had a meal at our home. Many a party happened on the weekend at our house with Jean at the piano leading the sing song. When that was over the food would be served with the best cabbage rolls and beans ever to be made. A private family service will be held.
