Janice Doreen Turpin

TURPIN, Janice Doreen (née Henry) - Peacefully, Janice, at age 74, went to be with her parents, brother and sister. With her family by her side, at the Hotel Dieu-Shaver Hospital on Thursday, December 10, 2015. As a loans officer, Janice worked for over 40 years with the Bank of Nova Scotia, and in her retirement years, she continued approving loans for Tricor. For the past twelve years, Auntie Jan's passion was helping to raise Brayson, Anyssa, Marshall, Milaina and Thomas. Loving and supportive Auntie to Kristin (Rob) Baird and Marnie Henry (Ross Fowlie). Gambling companion to Mary Ann (the late Thomas Clyde) Henry. Janice is predeceased by parents Doreen and Bill Henry and sister Sharon (Joe) Argentino. Janice will be missed by her church family and many friends. Friends will be received at BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME 2 Regent Street, Thorold, on Wednesday, December 16th, 2015 from 4 - 7 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 24 Clairmont Street, Thorold, on Thursday at 11 a.m. A private family interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date. If desired, donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by Janice's family.
