Janet Ruel

Ruel, Janet (De Lazzari) ~ after a courageous and valiant battle with cancer, with her loving family by her side, at Hospice Niagara on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the age of 61. Loving and devoted daughter of Antoinette and the late "Papa Gino" De Lazzari (April 9, 2008). Cherished mother of Leslie Anne and Elena and their father the late John Ruel (November 4, 2009). Loving and caring sister of Gina (Rick) Mann and Anthony "Della" (Sherry) De Lazzari. "Aunty Marvellous" will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews Robbie, Lianna, Stephanie, Katie, Alyssa and JoJo. Janet will also be remembered by her best friends including "The Super Seven" and "The Fabulous Four" and by her special friend Pam. A special thank you to the Oncology Unit, staff, Dr. Levesque and to Jan the Community Nurse for all their care and compassion shown to our Mom and the family.
