Heysel, James Peter ~ surrounded by his loving family, at his residence in Thorold, on Monday, January 17, 2011 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Heysel (1991). Loving father of Matthew Heysel, Jamie (Peter) Grabs, Jennifer (Ron) Huibers, Christopher (Cathy) Heysel, Britta (Tim) Kenny and Peter (Karen) Heysel. Grandpa will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren David, Patrick, Jennifer, Michael, Jordan, Scott, Britta, Matthew, Kayla, Jaclyn, James, Braden, Eleanor, Christopher, Jack and Thomas. Dear brother of Jane (the late Ted) Smith, Judy (the late Rudy) Jansen, Eleanor (Bob) Easton and Brother John Heysel, O.M.I. Predeceased by sister Blanche and her husband Ed McKay. James retired as the owner of the Milk Maid Shoppes on Merritt Street and York Street and the Card N Quill.
