James Acker

Acker, James "Jimmy' Z" ~ after a courageous battle with cancer, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at the age of 59. Cherished husband of Lisa-Ann Fogel. Loving father of Jamie (Kristine) Acker and grandfather of Nicholas and Zachary. Dear friend of more than 40 years to John. Brother of Joe. Jimmy' Z will be missed by his many friends. He worked and retired from Casino Niagara, Stewarding Dept. as a supervisor and was an avid boater, spending his summers in Port Dalhousie entertaining the locals and tourists on his boat with his music. Special thank you to Dr. Hughes, Dr. Hanna and their staff and the St. Catharines General Hospital for all their care and compassion.
