CONNELLY, Ivan William (Veteran of W.W. II serving with the Canadian Army and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 599, West Ferris. Ivan had retired from the C.P.R. as a Railroad Engineer after 40 years of service and was a member of the West Ferris Lions Club and a member of Emmanuel United Church in West Ferris) - Peacefully at the Meadows of Dorchester, Niagara Falls, on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 in his 92nd year. Husband of the late Violet May (Soule). Dear father of David (Jan), Doug (Velma) and Dayle (Nancy). Loving grandfather of Naomi (Chris Lewis), Kyle (Jen), Dayna (Travis) and great grandfather to Anderson, Nathaniel, Daniel and Clara. Brother of Gyles (Gladys), Norma Curran and the late Grace Kenny, Melvin Connelly, Wanda Vanderham and Marion Crozier. Uncle Ivan is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Following Ivan's request, private family arrangements have been made through the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, Ontario.
