Ida Difelice

DIFELICE, Ida (Palermo) ~ "God's Angels have called you away, Oh how the Angels rejoiced as you walked through those pearly gates…." It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved and cherished mother, Ida surrounded by her loved ones at the St. Catharines Hospital on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Anthony DiFelice (1996). Cherished mother of Patrick (Maria), Ron (Mena), Anne Marie (Scott) Montani, Paul (Rita) and David (Pam). Nanna will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Anthony, Joseph, Mathew, David, Celina, Christian, Alexa, Clare and Marco. Predeceased by her parents Galdino and Francesca Palermo. Dear sister of Maria (the late Giovanni) Spadafora, Italo (Ida) Palermo, the late Guiseppe (survived by wife Assunta) Palermo and Tina (the late Francesco) Gagliardi and sister-in-law of Grace (the late Liberato) DiFelice and Lucia (the late Elio) DiFelice. Ida will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Broski, Joanne Wintermute and the Nephrology staff.
