ISHERWOOD, HEATHER MICHELLE (née Mc Master) – (A proud Funeral Director and dedicated GreenEx employee) Heather passed away peacefully on Monday, March 9, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. With her husband, Chad, by her side at home—where she wished to be—she left this world at the age of 48. Heather was a loving wife to Chad for 23 years, and a devoted Mom to Alex. She is the daughter of Cheryl Mc Master, and is now reunited with her father, Ross. Daughter-in-Law to Debi and Gary Isherwood. Sister to Steve (Susan) Mc Master and sister-in-law to Jamie and Ryan Isherwood. Aunt to Melanie, Kate, Alysha, Curtis, Josh, Andrew and the late Greg. She will be fondly remembered by her Aunts, Uncles, cousins – especially Uncle Terry. Heather was dearly cherished by her grandmother in law, Shirley (the late Lorne) Loney, and is now reunited with her other grandparents and her special Aunt Joan. She carried with her a remarkable breadth of knowledge, often sharing the “fun facts” she collected while growing up and working on her family farm in Oshawa. Heather was the ultimate nurturer—always ready with a cough candy, a Tylenol, or an emergency sewing kit for anyone who needed a little help. She faced her brain tumour diagnosis with unwavering courage, meeting each challenge with strength and grace. One of her greatest joys in her final months was fulfilling her wish for one more unforgettable trip to her favourite place on earth—Disney—with Chad and Alex by her side. Visitors will be received at Bocchinfuso Funeral Home 2 Regent Street, Thorold on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 1:00- 4:00 PM and at McIntosh-Anderson-Kellam Funeral Home 152 King Street East, Oshawa on Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 16 in the chapel of McIntosh-Anderson-Kellam Funeral Home at 11:00 AM. Heather will be laid to rest with her father at a later date. Donations in her memory to the Harmonize 4 Speech Fund (https://harmonize4speech.org/donate/) or Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation -Juravinski Cancer Center. Online condolences may be left at www.Bocchinfusofh.com or https://www.makfuneralhome.com/
