Gloria Jean Jurkovic

Jurkovic, Gloria Jean (nee Lethby) ~ peacefully, at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the age of 68. Beloved wife of 42 years to Mico "Mike" Jurkovic. Loving mother of Mary Petrusic. Baba will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her granddaughters Gloria and Kristina Petrusic. Dear sister of Laura (John) Kvetko, Susan (Billie) Wentworth, and Charlie (Audrey) Lethby. Gloria will also be missed by her sisters and brothers-in-law in Croatia along with their families, her uncle, many nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins, friends and by her best friend Vlatka "Vicky" Zivcic. Predeceased by her parents John William and Mary Lethby and brother Harold Lethby. Gloria retired from Scotiabank in 2001 after 41 years, many of them as manager of customer service. She was highly loved and respected by her coworkers and peers. A special thank you to cousin Cathy Prodger for her special care and compassion.
