ALLEN, GLORIA AMY – Peacefully, surrounded by family members, Gloria passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Niagara Health – Marotta Family Hospital in St. Catharines, at the age of 82. Affectionately called Maah and Miss G, Miss Gloria leaves behind her daughter Delene (Vivian) Montaque and her son Marlon (Kemeisha) Nesbeth, her adoring grandchildren Toni-Ann, Khadeja, Jahmari, Jay-Cee and Malachi, and her great grandchildren Jahzuani, Ozell, Nathaniel and Dejahurell. Miss Gloria will be fondly remembered by her cousins Yvonne, Rolston, Patrick, Clarice and many other relatives, friends and fellow church members. She was predeceased by her brother Carlton. At the conclusion of her teaching career in Jamaica, Miss Gloria moved to Canada. She spent her time caring for her grandchildren, reading, cooking traditional Jamaican meals. She enjoyed many pastimes, including travelling, but her heart was always the fullest when attending church with her family. Visitors will be received at BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME 2 Regent Street, Thorold on Friday, December 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, when the funeral will be held.
