D'ADDARIO, Giuseppina - Our Mother passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at Linhaven Home on Thursday, March 17, 2016. Giuseppina D'Addario (Giancola) of St. Catharines in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of 71 years to Nicola D'Addario. Dear mother of Joanne (Peter) Paolino, Guy (Margaret) D'Addario and Mary Colavecchia. Loving Nonina to Paoletta (Joe) De Filippis, Carla (Maurizio) Pardetti, Frank Paolino, Matthew (Andrea) D'Addario, Nicole (David) Rapone, Jason (Sabrina) Colavecchia, Christopher Colavecchia, Amy (Peter) Andreoglou, and Great Nonina to 14 great grandchildren, Dario and Dante Pardetti, Sophia De Filippis, Sarah, Maya and Julia Colavecchia , Domenic and Marisa Rapone, Nicholas, Max and Ava D'Addario Elissa and Antonios Andreoglou. Sister of Father Mario Giancola, Vincenzino (Costanza) Giancola and the late Father Amato Giancola, Angelo (Maria) Giancola and Luigi (Antonietta, living in Italy) Giancola. She loved cooking, baking (Master Chef), gardening, but the most important thing in Giuseppina's life was her family and she enjoyed it most when the whole family was together. Thanks for the golden memories. Friends will be received at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 with Vigil Prayers at 3:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, 21 Queen Street South, Thorold, on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
