MacDOUGALL, Gerald "Jerry" - (Owner of N&R Construction for the past 20 years). Passed away at his residence on Saturday, November 2, 2019 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of the late Sheila (nee McAndrews). Proud father of Deana (Greg "Kerby") Kerr. Dear Grandpa of Shannen and Dylan. Jerry will be missed by many extended family members. At Jerry's request, no services will be held, and cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory may be made to Hospice Niagara for the wonderful care they took of Sheila.
