CARTER, George Timothy (Tim) (Retired from G.M. Canada after 15 years of service, member of Rice Road Free Methodist Church, a volunteer driver for FACS and a volunteer with the Port Colborne Festival of Arts) - Peacefully at his residence, on Monday, May 16, 2016. Tim Carter of Welland in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Jo'Anna (Winsborrow) and the late Michelle (Bradshaw). Dear father of Tamara (Jason Maynard), Brad Carter (Tammy) and step-father to Jason Hopkins, Jonathan Hopkins (Silke) and Jeremy Hopkins (Christina). Loving grandfather to 15 grandchildren. Brother of Craig Carter (Marietta), Jan Turner, Margo Carter, Bob Carter, Julia (Wright Lowrey), Rick Carter (Cat) and the late Karen Bover. Uncle Tim will also be missed by several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME, 2 Regent Street, Thorold, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2016 followed by a memorial service at the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m.
