CIROCCO, FRANK JR – (Industrial Air Quality Maintenance Technician for Excel Environmental) Peacefully, Frank passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 after struggling for the last four years with many health issues, just shortly after his 67th birthday. Devoted son of the late Frank Sr and Jean Cirocco, he is survived by his siblings Jill Cowan, Mike (Jenny Williamson) and Barb (Brian) Banfield. Predeceased by his sister Patti (Bruce Cummings). Frank will be remembered as "Favourite Uncle" to his many nieces, nephews and Great niece and nephews. A family man at heart, Frank was dedicated to caring for both of his parents and rarely missed a birthday or holiday meal with members of his large extended family. Well known to his neighbors on Front Street in Thorold, he would always have time to stop and have a conversation. He had a great big heart, and he will be missed by all who knew him. Frank's life will be celebrated on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at BOCCHINFUSO FUNERAL HOME 2 Regent Street, Thorold. All whose hearts were touched by Frank are invited to visit from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, and a service will follow immediately in the Lamb Chapel of the funeral home. Frank will be laid to rest with his parents at Lakeview Cemetery at a later date.
