YOUNG, FRANCES “BETTY” (née Binning) – Peacefully, at Niagara Health - St. Catharines Site on Monday, December 4, 2023, Betty passed away in her 88th year. Loving wife to the late John. Dear mother to Ronald (Lyn) Colbert, Bruce (Colleen) Colbert of Huntsville, Jay Young and Tracy Watchorn. Proud grandmother of Jeanette, Brian and Ashley. Caring great grandmother to six. Predeceased by her brother Bill (surviving spouse Esther) Binning. Betty was a member of the Canadian Corps # 49 Thorold and the Eastern Star.
